RepairAtHomeMumbai is an independent home appliance repair service brand owned and operated by MOHD ALTAB.

1. Services

RepairAtHomeMumbai provides doorstep repair, maintenance, and inspection services for home appliances including air conditioners, refrigerators, washing machines, microwave ovens, televisions, dishwashers, and other household appliances.

Service availability may vary based on location and technician availability.

2. Booking & Service Requests

Customers can book services via phone call, WhatsApp, or website forms. By submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate contact and appliance information.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any service request.

3. Inspection Charges

A standard inspection or visiting charge may apply. This fee covers technician diagnosis and is payable even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

Charges may vary depending on appliance type and location.

4. Repair & Spare Parts

• Repair charges will be informed after inspection.
• Compatible or OEM spare parts may be used based on availability.
• Old replaced parts may be returned upon request.

We are not responsible for delays caused by spare part unavailability.

5. Service Warranty

Limited service warranty may be provided on repairs and replaced parts, depending on service type.

Warranty does not cover:

• Physical damage
• Mishandling
• Power fluctuations
• Water/fire damage
• Unauthorized third-party repairs

6. Payments

Payments must be made upon service completion unless agreed otherwise.

We accept payments via Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, or other agreed digital methods.

7. Cancellations

Customers must inform us in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.

Visiting charges may still apply if the technician has already been dispatched.

8. Independent Service Provider

RepairAtHomeMumbai is an independent appliance repair service provider owned by MOHD ALTAB. We are not affiliated with or authorized by any appliance manufacturer or brand.

Brand names are used strictly for identification purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide professional and careful service, RepairAtHomeMumbai shall not be liable for:

• Pre-existing appliance conditions
• Manufacturer defects
• Indirect or consequential losses

10. Website Usage

All website content, branding, and materials belong to RepairAtHomeMumbai. Unauthorized copying or misuse is prohibited.

11. Changes to Terms
