Refund & Cancellation Policy

RepairAtHomeMumbai is an independent home appliance repair service brand owned and operated by MOHD ALTAB. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.

1. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by informing us in advance via phone or WhatsApp.

If cancellation is made after the technician has been dispatched or arrived at the location, a visiting/inspection charge may apply.

2. Inspection / Visiting Charges

Inspection or visiting charges are non-refundable once the technician has completed the diagnosis at the customer's location.

This charge covers time, travel, and technical assessment.

3. Repair Payments

Once repair work has been completed and approved by the customer, payments made for services rendered are non-refundable.

4. Advance Payments for Spare Parts

If advance payment is taken for special or ordered spare parts:

• Refund may be issued only if the spare part has not been ordered.
• If the part has already been ordered or procured, refund may not be possible.
• Refund processing (if applicable) may take 5”“7 business days.

5. Service Revisit Policy

If a problem reoccurs within the provided service warranty period, we will arrange a revisit as per warranty terms.

Refund will not be provided in such cases; instead, corrective service will be offered.

6. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled time without prior notice, visiting charges may still apply.

7. Refund Mode

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method such as UPI or bank transfer.
